Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST, on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines

Metros: 2–4 working days

Non-metros & Tier-2/3 towns: 4–7 working days

Remote/ODA locations (J&K, NE states, islands): 5–10 working days
Timelines are estimates; delays may occur during festivals, sale periods, or due to courier constraints.
Shipping Charges

Delivery is free on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Serviceable PIN Codes

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you’ll be notified at checkout.
Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with the AWB/Tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to start reflecting movement.
Partial Shipments & Pre-orders

Items in the same order may ship separately based on availability.

Pre-order/back-order items show estimated dispatch dates on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

Address changes can be requested before dispatch by emailing koyna@ensobyko.com.

Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us (RTS) after failed attempts, we can reship once we reconfirm address details.
Damage, Missing, or Wrong Item

If the parcel appears tampered/damaged, please refuse delivery and email us within 24 hours.

For shortages/incorrect items, email koyna@ensobyko.com within 48 hours of delivery and include unboxing photos/video.
Taxes & Duties

GST is over and above the product prices & is charged during the billing. No additional state entry taxes are payable at delivery.
Restrictions

We currently ship only within India. (International shipping is not available.)

For high-value orders, couriers may request KYC per government/courier norms.
Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays due to events beyond our control (weather, strikes, lockdowns, route closures, etc.).
